KOUNDINYASANA 1 @yogamarrakech @yogaretreatsmarrakech LENGTH INTO STRENGTH DAY 2 I personally find this pose much harder than koundinyasana 2, mostly because of the pressure the leg places on/above the elbow, but it is still enjoyable. Lifting can be so accelerating. Enjoy💕
