YOGA WORKSHOP MEDITATION IN MOVEMENT – APRIL 25

Spring sees us exploring a variety of meditative poses designed to calm, relax yet also lengthen, open, soothe the body.

A workshop with intention on holding asanas for longer periods to give time to explore, feel, open, weave, the body into, and out of the dance of asana with mindfulness.
