We all strive for balance in our lives. Some of us have found the perfect balance and are thriving from it. Others are still seeking it. Each of us has a unique definition for what that means, and it normally takes different forms for each of us. Perhaps the next time in your yoga practice, balancing asanas come up, look at how you approach them,,do you push to hold on to the balance? do you find that when you let go, the balance is there?
