YIN YANG YOGA WORKSHOP NOVEMBER 15

Due to the success and so much fun of the last yin yang mudra yoga workshop we have another approaching Nov 15.

Continuing on the theme of yin, slow, deep holding of poses to acheive the more yang outward asanas, we will breakdown, explore, creative, align various asanas in various rhythms and context.

Hand mudra, yoga seals will be explored and Meditaiton to finish.

Open to all with a desire, an interest to learn, discover and deepen their understanding and application of yoga.

YOGA STUDIO OPENING MARRAKECH

TRANCE Marrakechs only and first yoga center, studio, will open its door in January 2010 with what promises to be a year filled with holistics, yoga, dance, seminars, and spa.

 

March 8 sees a 7 day Ashtanga Power Yoga intensive with Americain teacher Larry Schultz and Jan will see ongoing classes in power yoga, pranayama, meditation as well as bodywork alternatives of swedish massage, hot stone massage, indian scalp massage , facials and more.

 

TRANCE – MARRAKECHS FIRST HEALING YOGA CENTER

Construction is moving fast with few bumps along the way so far. The yoga studio will be finished and open March with a rocket yoga intensive with USA teacher Its Yoga Larry Schultz. Morning and Evening yoga will be practiced along with pranayama, meditation and chanting.

 

The full scale of the healing retreat center will be finished in May with pool, hamman, spa offering new modalities in bodywork  such as indian head massage, reiki, reflexology and body scrubs.

Dance, music, holistic seminars are already being booked for dates in 2010.

YIN YANG YOGA WORKSHOP OCT 25

Come explore the elements of power yoga in a yin yang style,, flowing through yet holding asanas for appropriate length allows us to deeper explore while maintaining the prana and heat needed to open, cleasne and heal.

 

Workshop will explore mudra as a channel, vibration and the opening heart mantras that uplift, energise and bring joy.

 

Open to everyone from the new beginner to the experienced.

YOGA DINNER SEPTEMBER

September 11 sees yoga students and any one interested in healthy vegetarian cuisine coming together to dine, celebrate and share in a beautiful villa in targa.

Being held once a month yoga dinners offer students a chance to share, listen, get support and laugh at their journey on and off the mat.

YOGA MARRAKECH HEALING CENTER

C onstruction is under way with what promises to be Marrakechs first healing retreat center.

Retreat courses, detox programs, dance and meditation lessons, as well as on going power flow yoga will all be offered at this organic space with spa and pool in the land of Marrakech.

Raw food, nutrition consulting, bodywork and evening seminars will also take place here.

YOGA WORKSHOP- YIN YOGA JUNE 7

Time again to go deeper and stronger and dilengtly into the body and the layers and no better way than an intensive on a sunday morning from 8h30 to 12.

This intensive will be taking it slow and taking it deep, holding asanas for longer to feel and become sensitive and observe breath intergration with stretch.

Intensive will look at and hear devotional yoga and one hour meditation.
